• Sign up for EventTech via Line or email. The registrant's name must match the ID card/passport, and the email address must be a valid email address.

• Read the details of each type of ticket and press "choose zone and seat."

  Early Pre-sale: 2 June 2024, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

       *Royal Members can buy UP TO 4 TICKETS.

       *Tour Customers can buy UP TO 1 TICKET.

  Pre-sale: 2 June 2024, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

       *Club Members can buy UP TO 2 TICKETS.

  Normal Sale: Start 3 June 2024 12:00 p.m., until sold out

       *Royal Members can buy UP TO 5 TICKETS.

       *Club Members can buy UP TO 5 TICKETS.

       *Free Members can buy UP TO 5 TICKETS.
  
  

• Each user is entitled to purchase tickets in one zone per transaction only. If you wish to book tickets from multiple zones, please complete the current transaction and purchase the other tickets in a separate transaction.

• You will have 10 minutes to check your ticket details. Customers are required to prepare the name, surname, phone number, and email for each ticket.

• Click "Confirm" to proceed to the Payment page. Choose payment methods. You can find more details about the payment methods:
  Credit Card / Debit Card, QR PromptPay, and Alipay.

• Press to confirm order and pay.

• Once payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation to pick up your physical ticket at the event.

• The receipt will be sent via email.
  
  

Ticket Transfer Conditions:

• If you purchased ticket from a foreigner, please provide a copy of the seller's passport with a certified true copy of "selling ticket URANUS2324 to buyer name" and proof of payment transfer for the ticket to confirm your identity. Please send these documents via email [email protected] 7 days prior event date and must present them at the event.
  
  
• If you purchase a ticket from a Thai resident, please provide a copy of seller's Thai ID with certified true copy of "selling ticket URANUS2324 to buyer name" and proof of payment transfer to confirm your identity. Please send these documents via email [email protected] 7 days prior event date and must present them at the event.

Remarks:

• Join the queue to buy tickets on June 2, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. Indochina Time / Bangkok.
• Ticket price includes VAT 7%,yet excludes process fee and other fees.
• When the customer completes the order, the organizer reserves the rights not to request to change/return tickets, upgrade tickets, or request refunds in all cases. (Non-refundable / Non-upgradable)
• The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that were not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
• Organizers have the right to change the conditions as appropriate.
• The mentioned benefits are the number of benefits per performance round.
• Those who register as Loyal members in the Membership by May 31, 2024 will be entitled to purchase tickets for the Early Presale round.
• Those who register as Club members in the Membership by May 31, 2024 will be entitled to purchase tickets for the Presale round.
• The list of lucky winners for each activity, activity details, and registration methods for various privileges will be announced on June 30, 2024 via Facebook / X / Instagram: VelCurve Studio.
• All lucky winners must present their admission tickets along with their national ID cards or passports for registration to claim the privileges on-site.
• The Sound Check activity starts before the performance. The schedule will be notified again.
• The autographed Polaroids will be received from the staff during the privileges registration. Lucky winners must present their admission tickets to claim this privilege.
• The Group Photo and Hi-bye activities will take place after the performance ends.
• Photos from the Group Photo activity can be downloaded from Google Drive. The link will be provided later.
• Recording of photos, videos, and audio for live streaming during the event is not permitted.
• The received special privileges cannot be changed, transferred or exchanged for cash in any case.
• 10 lucky winners from Zone A will be randomly selected to play a game on stage with Freen and Becky. The total time for this activity will not exceed 10 minutes.
• The company's decision is final. The company reserves the right to change the details of the special privileges without prior notice.

  บัตรรอบ Pre-sale  เปิดขาย 2 มิถุนายน 2567 เวลา 16:00 น. - 20.00 น.
       *สำหรับสมาชิกประเภท Club สามารถซื้อตั๋วได้สูงสุด 2 ใบ
  
  สมาชิกประเภท Free และบุคคลทั่วไป สามารถซื้อบัตรบัตรได้ตั้งแต่ 3 มิถุนายน 2567 เวลา เที่ยง เป็นต้นไป

• ผู้ซื้อมีสิทธิ์ซื้อตั๋วได้ 1 โซนต่อ/1คำสั่งซื้อ หากต้องการจองตั๋วหลายโซน ต้องดำเนินการชำระเงินให้เสร็จสิ้นก่อน และทำการจองโซนอื่นๆอีกครั้งตามลำดับ
• ผู้ซื้อจะมีเวลา 10 นาทีในการตรวจสอบรายละเอียดตั๋ว โปรดจัดเตรียมข้อมูล ชื่อ-นามสกุล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และอีเมล สำหรับตั๋วแต่ละใบให้ครบถ้วนก่อนทำการจอง
• คลิก "ยืนยัน" เพื่อไปยังหน้าการชำระเงิน เลือกวิธีการชำระเงินที่ต้องการ บัตรเครดิต/ บัตรเดบิต, QR พร้อมเพย์ และ Alipay และอื่นๆ
• กดยืนยันการสั่งซื้อและชำระเงิน
• เมื่อชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้น ท่านจะได้รับข้อความยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ และรายละเอียดบัตรเข้างานผ่านทางอีเมล

• หากท่านซื้อตั๋วต่อจากชาวต่างชาติ ต้องเตรียมสำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของผู้ขาย พร้อมรับรองเอกสารยืนยัน"การขายตั๋ว URANUS2324 ให้กับ….(ชื่อผู้ซื้อ)" และหลักฐานการโอนเงิน เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนของท่านในการเป็นเจ้าของตั๋ว และส่งเอกสารมาทางอีเมล [email protected] ล่วงหน้า 7 วันก่อนวันงาน และนำหลักฐานตัวจริงนั้นๆมาแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อเข้าชมการแสดง
  
  
• หากท่านซื้อตั๋วต่อจากผู้มีถิ่นที่อยู่ในประเทศไทย โปรดแสดงสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของผู้ขายพร้อมรับรองสำเนา "การขายตั๋ว URANUS2324 ให้กับ….(ชื่อผู้ซื้อ)" และหลักฐานการโอนเงิน และหลักฐานการโอนเงิน เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนของท่านในการเป็นเจ้าของตั๋ว และส่งเอกสารมาทางอีเมล [email protected] ล่วงหน้า 7 วันก่อนวันงาน และนำหลักฐานตัวจริงนั้นๆมาแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อเข้าชมการแสดง

** หากมีการซื้อตั๋วแล้ว จะไม่มีการ refund หรือขอเงินคืนในทุกกรณี 
จะได้รับเงินคืนในกรณีที่ไม่มีการจัดคอนเสริต ที่เกิดจากทางผู้จัดงานเป็นผู้ยกเลิกเท่านั้น**

• ผู้ที่สมัครสมาชิกระดับ Loyal ใน Membership ภายใน 31 พฤษภาคม 2567 จะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการซื้อบัตรรอบ Early Presale
• ผู้ที่สมัครสมาชิกระดับ Club ใน Membership ภายใน 31 พฤษภาคม 2567 จะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการซื้อบัตรรอบ Presale

• ผู้โชคดีทุกท่านจะต้องนำบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงพร้อมบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางมาแสดงเพื่อลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์หน้างาน
• กิจกรรมชมรอบซ้อม (Sound Check ) เริ่มก่อนการแสดง โดยจะมีการแจ้งกำหนดการให้ทราบอีกครั้ง
• ไซน์โพลารอยด์จะรับจากทีมงาน ตอนลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์ ผู้โชคดีจะต้องนำบัตรเข้าชมงาน มายืนยันในการรับสิทธิ์
• กิจกรรม Group Photo และ Hi-bye จะเกิดขึ้นหลังจบการแสดง
• รูปจากกิจกรรม Group Photo สามารถดาวน์โหลดได้ที่ Google Drive โดยจะแจ้งลิงก์ให้ทราบในภายหลัง
• ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการบันทึกภาพถ่าย ภาพเคลื่อนไหว และเสียง เพื่อทำการถ่ายทอดสด (Live Streaming) ขณะเข้าชม
• สิทธิพิเศษต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง โอนสิทธิ์ หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ในทุกกรณี
• ผู้โชคดี 10 ท่านจากการสุ่มของ Zone A จะได้ขึ้นไปเล่นเกมบนเวทีกับนักแสดงพร้อมกัน รวมเวลาไม่เกิน 10 นาที

* คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดสิทธิพิเศษโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วง

凡在2024年5月31日前注册成为Loyal级别会员的，将有资格参与Early Presale轮次的门票购买。
 
凡在2024年5月31日前注册成为Club级别会员的，将有资格参与Presale轮次的门票购买。
 
各项活动的幸运获奖者名单、活动详情及各种福利的注册方法，将于2024年6月30日在VelCurve Studio的Facebook / X / Instagram 平台公布。
 
幸运获奖者必须出示入场门票及身份证或护照进行现场注册以领取福利。
 
Sound Check活动在正式演出前进行，时间安排表将另行通知。
 
签名拍立得照片将在福利注册期间由工作人员分发，幸运获奖者必须出示入场门票以领取此福利。
 
集体合影和Hi-bye活动将在演出结束后进行。
 
集体合影活动的照片可从Google Drive下载。链接将另行告知。
 
活动期间禁止进行以直播为目的的照片、视频及音频录制。
 
福利不可更改、转让或兑换现金。
 
演出期间将随机从A区选出10位幸运观众上台与演员进行互动游戏，互动游戏总时间不超过10分钟。
 
最终解释权归主办方所有，主办方保留修改福利详情的权利，恕不另行通知。
